TPM3 – Cinisello Balsamo, Italy

We are so proud to announce that the S.M.A.R.T. Youth Centre consortium has successfully implemented the 3rd and final Transnational Partners Meeting for the European Project “SMART Youth Centre – Supporting Mobility Activities Running through Tech”, which is funded by the Erasmus + Programme of the EU for Youth, under Key Action 2, Strategic Cooperation, via the Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation (INEDIVIM).

The Italian partner, Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo, hosted us from the 14th to the 15th of November 2023 at the premises of the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo (Vicolo del Gallo, 10 – 20092 Cinisello Balsamo), where the partner representatives had the chance to meet for the last time in person, in the framework of this project.

For Project Result 3, I.R.T.E.A. presented the Final Report document of the PR, which included the methodology of activities as well as the digital activities the engaged youth workers developed and implemented among each other. The partners finalized the report and agreed on the dissemination of it.

For Project Result 4, the partners had already evaluated the material and content provided but felt there was a need to re-arrange the structure and add some chapters for further clarification of the Project Result. Upon that, they also co-decided on the graphic design that would host the material and the content. The final content and structure were finalized during the TPM.

After the part of evaluation and finalization of PRs, the discussion moved to the Final Report that was to be developed. The lead partner representatives, based on their experience in the management of EU-funded projects, provided the partners with guidelines, tasks, and a list of prerequisites for the drafting of the Interim Report. They also answered all questions and offered to provide extra support in any task that was complicated for any partner. They also committed to providing concrete Templates to further facilitate the process.

About the project
SMART Youth Centre – Supporting Mobility Activities Running through Tech is a 24-month Strategic Cooperation (Key Action 2 – KA2) about Digital Youth Work (DYW).
